NCR delegates
Please be at the UP Faculty Center near the parking area by 2PM on February 23 where you will be picked up by a bus.

Northern Luzon and CAR delegates
Meeting place will be Shakey's Dau near the bus station. Please be there by 3PM on the 23rd

Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao delegates
When you arrive at the airport on the 23rd, please stay at the waiting area. Staff will be there to assist you. Lunch will be served. Thank you.
